Version coverage
This notice covers different versions separately. V1.1.2 requests optional non-personalized ads only when its existing app advertising choice permits them. V1.1.3 was released on the App Store on 22 September 2026 as a free, ad-supported game using contextual, non-personalized ads only. V1.4.0 is the current public iOS version in selected App Store regions. Android availability remains limited to its current testing program; this notice does not announce an Android release. V1.2.0 retains the contextual-ad and save model described for V1.1.3 and adds update alerts: at most once every 24 hours, the iOS app checks Apple's public App Store listing for a newer version. The app adds only the game's public App Store ID to the lookup URL; it does not add a player identifier or saved-game content. Apple receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address, under its own privacy practices. The lookup result is kept on your device. For the current public iOS release, V1.4.0, see the advertising, save and update-alert sections of this notice, including "V1.4.0 changes" below.
V1.4.0 changes
Update alerts. At most once every 24 hours, the iOS app checks Apple's public App Store listing for a newer version. From V1.4.0 the lookup URL contains the game's public App Store ID and the two-letter country code of your App Store storefront, which the app reads on your device through Apple's StoreKit so the answer matches your region. The app does not add a player identifier, saved-game content or an advertising identifier. When the storefront is the United Arab Emirates or cannot be determined, no lookup is made. Apple receives ordinary connection information, such as IP address, under its own privacy practices. The lookup result is kept on your device.
Rewarded hint credits. In addition to the optional rewarded Hint ad, Support offers an optional rewarded ad that adds one hint credit. Hint credits are recorded in a ledger in your device's Keychain that stays on this device only. They are not part of iCloud saved-game data, cannot be moved to another device, and may be lost if you delete the app's data.
No in-app purchases. V1.4.0 does not offer in-app purchases. Apple's StoreKit framework is present in the app but no product is offered for sale.
Unchanged. Advertising, onboarding, the privacy information screens, private iCloud saving and optional Game Center work as described for V1.1.3 and V1.2.0. New progress features (Challenges, mastery tiers and earned cosmetics) are part of the same saved-game data. Hint credits, advertising frequency caps and advertising privacy data are not.
V1.4.1 changes (not yet publicly released)
Optional purchases and Apple
V1.4.1 offers optional purchases on iOS: Ad-Free Monthly, an auto-renewable subscription; skip credits in packs of 1, 5 or 15; hint credits in packs of 10, 40 or 100; Aurora Trail; Prism Win Effect; and Aurora + Prism. No separate game account or password is required. Purchases, subscriptions and Restore Purchases use your Apple Account under Apple's terms and privacy practices.
Apple processes payment through the App Store and StoreKit. The game and AUREQO LLC do not receive your payment-card details. On your device, the game reads product and transaction identifiers, verification and revocation results, and relevant subscription status, including expiry and renewal status, to deliver purchases, avoid duplicate delivery, restore eligible purchases and apply Ad-Free Monthly.
For each purchase you start, the game creates a random request code and supplies it to Apple so a delayed result, such as Ask to Buy approval, can be matched to the right request. The code is not derived from your name, Apple Account or a device identifier. The game's purchase component does not send purchase records to a publisher-operated purchase server; AUREQO LLC does not operate one for this version. This describes the app's purchase component. Apple's publisher reporting and Unity's independent SDK behavior are separate matters; the Unity uncertainty is explained below.
Records on your device
The game keeps a local purchase-operation record containing request identifiers, product identifiers, transaction identifiers and operation status. Its purchase component does not upload that record. It may be included in device backups, depending on your backup arrangements.
Hint and skip credits are recorded in a Keychain ledger configured for this device only and excluded from Keychain synchronization. A balance copy is also kept in the local game save. The game's progress sync and Restore Purchases do not transfer or restore consumable credits on another device. Recovery after deletion, uninstall or backup restoration is not guaranteed by this notice.
The native purchase component writes limited Restore Purchases diagnostics to local system logs, including reason categories, operation counters and, where applicable, a restricted error domain and numeric error code. These messages exclude receipts, product identifiers, account identifiers, transaction identifiers and raw error details. The game has no publisher telemetry endpoint for these messages. Apple's handling of system diagnostics follows its own practices.
Resetting local progress does not erase purchases, unused credits or the purchase-operation record. Deleting the app removes its app storage; Keychain items may remain. Deleting local data does not itself delete information already held by Apple or Unity.
iCloud saves and Game Center
When available, progress and settings use your private Apple CloudKit database. The game stores a local hash derived from your CloudKit user-record identifier to keep a save associated with the correct iCloud account. This does not create a game account.
Your selected cosmetic is stored locally. Before uploading a save, the game removes its monetization data, replaces a selected purchased trail or win effect with no effect selected, and removes purchased cosmetic identifiers from the uploaded ownership lists. Native purchase-operation records, Apple purchase entitlements and Keychain credit ledgers are not included in that cloud-save payload. Purchased ownership is determined through Apple, rather than granted by the cloud save. Purchased cosmetics do not count toward Game Center achievements. Other progress and optional platform-service processing continue as described elsewhere in this notice.
Advertising and purchase information
While Ad-Free Monthly is active, forced ads between levels are suppressed; rewarded hint ads remain optional. Unity Ads can still initialize and load ads, so the advertising data processing described in this notice may continue. The game's own purchase and advertising bridge does not forward purchase details or Ad-Free Monthly status to Unity.
The included Unity Ads SDK contains code for handling in-app purchase events. Its presence does not establish whether the SDK's independent purchase tracker is enabled for this game or whether it sends purchase information. The effective enablement setting, any transmitted fields and timing, and the downstream uses have not been established from the source, configuration and existing evidence reviewed for this version. The game supplies a non-behavioral advertising restriction and does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. Those settings alone do not establish what the SDK independently collects or whether a particular use meets Apple's definition of tracking.
The App Store declarations list Purchase History as linked to you for Analytics and Third-Party Advertising, reflecting Unity's SDK disclosure. All eleven saved App Store data-type answers currently say the data is not used for tracking. The embedded app privacy manifest likewise declares tracking false. These are declarations, not a runtime measurement resolving the SDK uncertainty. Unity's privacy practices and rights mechanisms are described at https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy.
Subscription management and update alerts
Manage Subscription opens Apple's subscription-management screen, where you can manage or cancel Ad-Free Monthly. Update alerts continue as described for V1.4.0: at most once every 24 hours using the public App Store ID and the storefront's two-letter country code, with no lookup for the United Arab Emirates storefront or an undetermined storefront.
Current App Store privacy declarations
The following table records the saved App Store answers. It does not establish that every SDK capability operates in every session.
| Data type | Purposes | Linked to you | Used for tracking |
|---|---|---|---|
| Purchase History | Third-Party Advertising, Analytics | Yes | No |
| Device ID | Third-Party Advertising, Analytics | Yes | No |
| Coarse Location | Third-Party Advertising, Analytics | Yes | No |

The Customer Support entry corresponds to Unity's optional ad-creative reporting category. Support email sent to AUREQO LLC is addressed in the separate Support and your rights section. Gameplay Content covers private iCloud saves; the App Functionality purpose of Product Interaction also covers optional Game Center achievement progress.
Developer and contact
10 Seconds Left is developed and published by AUREQO LLC. AUREQO LLC determines the purposes and means of handling publisher-held player and support data from 25 September 2026. Its manager acts on the company's behalf, not as a separate controller. The App Store currently lists ABDELMUMEN ALADHAM as seller; Apple has not yet converted that individual account to the company. For privacy questions or requests, contact support@aureqo.com. Please do not send passwords, payment details or identity documents.
V1.1.3, V1.2.0 and V1.4.0: Progress, onboarding and platform services
Progress and settings are stored on your device. The saved profile records language selection, the time you acknowledge the game Terms and Privacy Policy, and completion of Ads Information. When iCloud saving is available for your Apple account, this profile, progress and settings can be included in saved-game data in your private Apple CloudKit database. Acknowledging Terms is not advertising consent. Frequency-cap records and native advertising privacy data are not part of the game's cloud-save payload. Optional Apple Game Center and available platform services process account, achievement and save information under their own terms.
Some puzzles use device motion sensors locally; a touch-control alternative is available. The game does not send raw motion readings to a developer-operated server. There is no separate gameplay analytics or crash-reporting SDK in this released iOS build. Unity and Apple may process advertising, performance or diagnostic information under their own services and policies.
Advertising in V1.1.3, V1.2.0 and V1.4.0
The free game uses Unity Ads SDK 4.19.0. Rewarded Hint ads are optional. Limited interstitials may appear at eligible post-win/menu boundaries. Ads never interrupt an active ten-second puzzle and are not forced after failure or on retry. There are no banners or App Open ads.
V1.1.3 and V1.2.0 restrict advertising to contextual, non-personalized delivery; the app does not request Apple's App Tracking Transparency permission. We do not offer a personalized-ad mode. Unity may display its own privacy or consent interface where required. The app relies on Unity's documented built-in mechanism and does not supply its own opt-in or opt-out decisions. A non-behavioral restriction is supplied to keep advertising contextual. Reading Ads Information or acknowledging Terms does not send advertising consent.
Contextual does not mean no data processing. Unity and its advertising partners may process IP address and approximate location, device/app identifiers and information, network information, ad interactions and diagnostics for delivery, measurement, operations and fraud prevention. The app privacy disclosures include a vendor-declared purchase-history category; this game has no in-app purchase or purchase-forwarding feature. Optional ad reports may contain customer-support information. Test ads also communicate with Unity. Provider retention and international transfers follow their disclosed practices.
V1.1.3, V1.2.0 and V1.4.0: Privacy information and rights
Settings → Privacy & Ads provides information and links. It does not reopen or change Unity's consent state. Use Unity's privacy interface where displayed, the Data Privacy icon in Unity advertising and Unity's privacy-request mechanisms to exercise applicable rights. Read https://unity.com/legal/game-player-and-app-user-privacy-policy for those practices and options.
V1.1.3 replaces the earlier app-level No Ads option with an ad-supported product. Upgrading preserves progress and settings and shows the new Ads Information; historical app preference records are not erased or converted into a new opt-in. Unity manages its own saved privacy decisions. The app does not reset them.
For information held by AUREQO LLC as controller, or for support, contact support@aureqo.com. Applicable rights may include access, correction, deletion, objection or withdrawal. Deleting local app data does not itself delete information already received by providers. Existing Android deletion instructions remain available at https://aureqo.com/privacy/10-seconds-left/android/#deletion.
V1.1.2 only: Progress and platform services
Game progress, settings and related state are stored on your device. Deleting app data may remove local progress. Where available and enabled, Apple Game Center and platform cloud-save services may process account, achievement and saved-game information under the platform provider’s privacy terms. See Apple’s privacy policy and Google’s privacy policy.
V1.1.2 only: Optional Unity Ads
V1.1.2 uses Unity Ads SDK 4.19.0. Both test and production advertising can send information to Unity. Ad formats are an optional rewarded Hint and limited interstitial ads on eligible menu screens. There are no banner, App Open or native ads.
When you allow non-personalized ads, Unity may process IP address and approximate location, device and app identifiers, device/network information, diagnostics and interactions with advertisements. This supports ad delivery, measurement, service operation and fraud prevention. The iOS app does not request access to the advertising identifier (IDFA) or permission to track you across other companies’ apps and websites. Unity also declares purchase history or purchase tendencies in its SDK disclosures; this app has no in-app purchasing or purchase-forwarding feature. Our App Store disclosures include the vendor-declared category. Optional reports about ad creatives may contain customer-support information.
Unity and its partners process information under their own practices, including retention and international transfers. Read the Unity Game Player and App User Privacy Policy for details and privacy-request options.
V1.1.2 only: Your ad privacy choices
Ads are blocked by default until you choose “Allow non-personalized ads” in Settings → Privacy Choices. Your choice is saved on the device and persists across app restarts. Choosing “No ads” prevents new ad requests and removes the rewarded offer. Opening Privacy Choices revokes the previous choice immediately; closing the dialog or visiting the policy leaves ads blocked unless you explicitly allow them again. You can change your choice at any time. The integration requests non-personalized advertising, sends Unity an opt-out signal, and does not grant consent to personalized advertising. Non-personalized ads still involve the data processing described above. Deleting app data removes the saved choice but does not delete data already received by Unity.
The iOS integration does not request App Tracking Transparency permission. A change in the device’s tracking authorization state can reset the in-app ad choice to blocked. Allowing non-personalized ads is not a promise that no data leaves the device.
Support and your rights
If you contact support, AUREQO LLC receives the information you choose to send through your email provider and uses it to respond to and resolve your request. Access is limited to its manager and authorized personnel or service providers who need it for support. The company keeps support information only while reasonably necessary to resolve requests, maintain necessary support history, address disputes or fraud and security issues, or meet applicable legal obligations. It may delete information when no longer reasonably necessary, subject to legal retention duties. Depending on your location, you may have rights to access, correct or delete personal information, withdraw consent or object to certain uses. Contact us about information we hold; Unity’s policy explains how to exercise rights for information Unity controls. Closing or deleting the app does not itself delete information already received by a service provider.
Availability and changes
Public distribution preserves the existing country availability and excludes the United Arab Emirates. Availability depends on your installed version and release status. V1.4.0 is the current public App Store version for iPhone and iPad in selected countries and regions; V1.1.3 and V1.2.0 were previously released. Android is not publicly available and remains limited to testing. We will update this notice when the released app’s data practices change. Production releases and separate test builds use different advertising configurations.
