iOS V1.1 Privacy Policy

Policy date: 16 September 2026. This policy applies to the iOS V1.1 app when available. It does not announce an app release or replace the policy for iOS V1.0 or Android.

1. Who we are and how the game works

AUREQO provides 10 Seconds Left. V1.1 is a free, offline-first game. Core gameplay does not require an internet connection or an AUREQO account. V1.1 has no in-app purchases, subscriptions or paid content. Public distribution excludes the United Arab Emirates (UAE).

2. Local game data

The app stores progress, settings, in-game balances, cosmetics and achievement state on your device to operate the game and remember your choices. AUREQO does not operate a mandatory player-account service.

3. Optional Apple services

You may use Apple Game Center for achievements and optional iCloud / CloudKit platform saves. These services use your existing Apple account and Apple-controlled systems. Cloud saves contain game progress and settings in the app’s private CloudKit database; Game Center receives achievement information. AUREQO does not receive your Apple password. You can manage Apple services in the app where available and in your device’s Apple account settings. Local play remains available without these services.

4. Advertising and privacy choices

Current iOS V1.1 build (1.1.0, build 2609.15.7): the Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) SDKs are packaged in the app but are disabled by a production gate. In this build they do not initialize, no ad requests are made, no interstitial or rewarded ads are shown, no advertising consent message is presented, and no advertising-driven data collection occurs through these inactive SDKs.

Future builds: a later build may enable limited interstitial ads at suitable campaign breaks and optional rewarded ads for hints after Google approval. That would require a new app update, and this policy will be updated before such a build is released. There would be no banner ads. Rewarded ads would be a player choice; declining consent or an unavailable ad would not block core gameplay, and ads would not be intended to interrupt an active puzzle attempt.

When ads are enabled in a future build, Google’s advertising SDK may process IP address (including approximate location), permitted app/device identifiers, ad interactions and diagnostic or performance information for advertising, measurement and fraud prevention, and Google’s User Messaging Platform (UMP) would present applicable regional privacy messages and manage consent choices, which you could review or change from the app’s privacy options where available. The app does not request App Tracking Transparency (ATT) permission or intentionally access the IDFA advertising identifier. AUREQO does not sell personal data. Advertising data handling and regional opt-out rights are described in the provider’s policies.

V1.1 does not include Firebase Analytics, an additional analytics SDK, a social SDK or a login SDK.

5. Support, retention and your controls

If you contact support, we use the email address and information you voluntarily provide to respond and resolve your request. Do not send passwords or verification codes. Local game data remains on your device until removed through available app/device controls; deleting local data can remove progress. Apple cloud data is managed separately through Apple services. If ads are enabled in a future build, advertising and consent data retention is governed by Google’s policies; support correspondence is retained only as needed to handle the request and applicable obligations.

You may request access, correction or deletion of personal information held by AUREQO by emailing support. Apple and Google provide separate controls for information held by their services. Rights and options may depend on your region. We do not ask players to provide sensitive personal information.

6. Providers and contact

We will update this page when V1.1 privacy practices change and revise the policy date. Policies for other app versions and platforms remain separate.

١. من نحن وكيف تعمل اللعبة

تقدّم AUREQO لعبة 10 Seconds Left. الإصدار V1.1 مجاني ويعتمد أساسًا على اللعب دون اتصال. لا يتطلب اللعب الأساسي اتصالًا بالإنترنت أو حسابًا لدى AUREQO. لا يتضمن الإصدار مشتريات داخل التطبيق أو اشتراكات أو محتوى مدفوعًا. تُستثنى دولة الإمارات العربية المتحدة من التوزيع العام.

٢. بيانات اللعبة المحلية

يحفظ التطبيق التقدم والإعدادات والأرصدة داخل اللعبة والعناصر التجميلية وحالة الإنجازات على جهازك لتشغيل اللعبة وتذكّر اختياراتك. لا تشغّل AUREQO خدمة حسابات إلزامية للاعبين.

٣. خدمات Apple الاختيارية

يمكنك استخدام Apple Game Center للإنجازات، وiCloud / CloudKit اختياريًا لحفظ بيانات اللعبة عبر خدمات المنصة. تستخدم هذه الخدمات حساب Apple الحالي وأنظمة تديرها Apple. تتضمن النسخة السحابية تقدم اللعبة وإعداداتها في قاعدة CloudKit الخاصة بالتطبيق، ويتلقى Game Center معلومات الإنجازات. لا تتلقى AUREQO كلمة مرور Apple. يمكنك إدارة هذه الخدمات من التطبيق حيث تتوفر الخيارات ومن إعدادات حساب Apple على جهازك. يبقى اللعب المحلي متاحًا دون هذه الخدمات.

٤. الإعلانات وخيارات الخصوصية

بنية iOS V1.1 الحالية (1.1.0، البنية 2609.15.7): تتضمن حزمة التطبيق مكتبتي Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) ومنصة Google لرسائل المستخدم (UMP)، لكنهما معطّلتان بواسطة بوابة إنتاج. في هذه البنية لا تبدأ المكتبتان العمل، ولا تُرسل أي طلبات إعلانات، ولا تُعرض إعلانات بينية أو إعلانات بمكافأة، ولا تظهر رسالة موافقة إعلانية، ولا تُجمع أي بيانات لأغراض إعلانية عبر هاتين المكتبتين غير المفعّلتين.

البنى المستقبلية: قد تُفعّل بنية لاحقة، بعد موافقة Google، إعلانات بينية محدودة في فواصل مناسبة ضمن الحملة وإعلانات بمكافأة اختيارية للحصول على تلميحات. يتطلب ذلك تحديثًا جديدًا للتطبيق، وسنحدّث هذه السياسة قبل إصدار تلك البنية. لن تكون هناك إعلانات بانر. ستكون مشاهدة إعلان المكافأة اختيارية، ولن يمنع رفض الموافقة أو عدم توفر إعلان اللعب الأساسي، ولن يُقصد بالإعلانات مقاطعة محاولة لغز نشطة.

عند تفعيل الإعلانات في بنية مستقبلية، قد تعالج حزمة إعلانات Google عنوان IP، بما في ذلك الموقع التقريبي، ومعرّفات التطبيق أو الجهاز المسموح بها، والتفاعل مع الإعلانات، وبيانات التشخيص أو الأداء، لأغراض الإعلانات والقياس ومنع الاحتيال، وستعرض منصة Google UMP رسائل الخصوصية الإقليمية المناسبة وتدير اختيارات الموافقة التي يمكنك مراجعتها أو تغييرها من خيارات الخصوصية داخل التطبيق حيث تتوفر. لا يطلب التطبيق إذن شفافية تتبع التطبيقات ATT ولا يصل عمدًا إلى معرّف الإعلانات IDFA. لا تبيع AUREQO البيانات الشخصية. توضّح سياسات مزوّد الخدمة كيفية معالجة بيانات الإعلانات وحقوق إلغاء الاشتراك الإقليمية.

لا يتضمن V1.1 خدمة Firebase Analytics أو حزمة تحليلات إضافية أو حزمة تواصل اجتماعي أو تسجيل دخول.

٥. الدعم والاحتفاظ بالبيانات وخياراتك

عند التواصل مع الدعم، نستخدم عنوان بريدك والمعلومات التي تقدمها طوعًا للرد ومعالجة طلبك. لا ترسل كلمات مرور أو رموز تحقق. تبقى بيانات اللعبة المحلية على جهازك إلى أن تُزال باستخدام خيارات التطبيق أو الجهاز المتاحة؛ وقد يؤدي حذفها إلى فقدان التقدم. تُدار بيانات Apple السحابية بصورة منفصلة من خلال خدمات Apple. عند تفعيل الإعلانات في بنية مستقبلية، يخضع الاحتفاظ ببيانات الإعلانات والموافقة لسياسات Google. نحتفظ بمراسلات الدعم بالقدر اللازم لمعالجة الطلب والوفاء بالالتزامات المطبقة.

يمكنك طلب الوصول إلى المعلومات الشخصية التي تحتفظ بها AUREQO أو تصحيحها أو حذفها عبر بريد الدعم. توفر Apple وGoogle خيارات منفصلة للبيانات التي تحتفظ بها خدماتهما. قد تختلف الحقوق والخيارات بحسب منطقتك. لا نطلب من اللاعبين معلومات شخصية حساسة.

٦. مزوّدو الخدمات والتواصل

سنحدّث هذه الصفحة وتاريخ السياسة عند تغيّر ممارسات الخصوصية الخاصة بالإصدار V1.1. تبقى سياسات الإصدارات والمنصات الأخرى منفصلة.
